SHIPPING POLICY & TERMS

We currently ship to the USA and Canada from our USA warehouse. We work together with internationally trusted partners such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc.

Orders shipped out within the USA are delivered in 3 to 8 days with the FREE shipping we provide*. We also provide faster shipping options (2-3 days).

Orders shipped out internationally are delivered in 4 to 10 days. We only ask you to chip in a bit to cover the extra fees we incur for this from our logistic partners, and be aware there might be extra import duties your government charges you.

Our warehouse does not operate weekend-shifts, so orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. When selecting Overnight Shipping (delivery before 12PM next day) please make sure to place your order before 1PM on Thursday, to have maximum chances of delivery before the weekend.

After your payment is authorized and verified, we try to process within 24 hours to allow for a small window to make any changes to your order if requested. NOTE: Due to the logistics sector being overrun with the increase in ecommerce during COVID19, there might be longer delays in processing and shipping out your order.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. Please don't use P.O. boxes as our shipping partners often can't deliver to these.

If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charges.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your neighbors and/or postal service first. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered, but we will do our best to figure it out with you. We do not automatically issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

Delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing times (if any). We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred. 

*Due to popular demand we now also ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but require a small fee due to high third party carrier costs.
